Watch me Grow

Here is William as a brand newborn. He never cried the first 2 weeks of his life and then he we went from 0 to 10 very quickly. He let us know early on that he loved being held ALL the time, and Mike and I were taking turns holding him around the clock. The good news was that he would sleep peacefully from the very beginning as long as he was being held. He had jaundice when he came home from the hospital and had to be under the lights, but just for 2 days. The next week we found out he has reflux, so the poor baby couldn't catch a break. He has loved his paci day one! William came home from the hospital weighing 6 pounds 14 ounces.


Here is William at 1 month. By the end of this month he was doing much better! He cries so much less and we enjoy making him smile. At times, he likes the swing and he likes laying on his changing table looking around his room. He was born with blonde hair, but most of it has fallen out. He has much lighter skin than Bella though. William weighed 8 pounds 11 ounces at 5 weeks.

We love having a little boy! But there are about 1/10 as many baby clothes for boys. I was looking for some summer clothes for him in 0-3 and somehow kept finding myself in the girl section looking for Bella.
