She plays like a girl

Yesterday I bought Bella some little cars to go with a neighborhood/ street playmat I have for her. This is an attempt to give her non-girl toys to "broaden her horizons" or something like that.
So, today she played with her cars. She parked them all in their houses, tucked them all in with pretend blankets, gave them pretend pacis and said, "Night-night cars". :)

Hey! I left a comment before and it didn't register!
Anyway, can she get any cuter? SO maternal!

Ha ha! That is hilarious!
In contrast, the other day we were in the kid clothes section at a store, and Matthew saw a little girl's nightgown with Disney princesses on it. He said, "Mommy? What's that?" I told him they were princesses. (I can't believe he didn't know what one of those was before now.) Anyway, he gave me this puzzled look and went back to making gun noises and bouncing around the aisles. =)

@Amy H: do you suppose it was the NIGHTGOWN he was asking about?

This girl is funny. Who would want to drive cars around when you can tuck them in?
