9 Months

Wow, Bella has now been alive as long as it took for me to be pregnant with her. A whole baby has come into existence during Bella's time on earth! This also means that is almost been 9 months since we left Edinburgh. I just can't believe it.

Bella has made it on to the charts for her weight! She is no longer being monitored for growth. So she's just average. :( She weighs 15.5 pounds. We are thankful she is healthy. She is generally a happy baby. So good in fact we missed the fact that she had an ear infection! By the time I found out, it was over. What an easy first illness.

We are looking forward to our friends David and Megan coming tomorrow. They were our good friends and neighbors in Mylne's Court our first year. They have a baby girl one month older than Bella (although our due dates were only 2 weeks apart- Cora was early and Bella was late!). They are driving from Atlanta to Vancouver. On the first day of driving their car broke down. They were supposed to arrive yesterday! We pray they get here soon because we just can't wait to see them!
